Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026-10-12
PDP Enhancer is operated by PDP Comp (“we”), the controller of the personal data described here. Contact for anything privacy-related: admin@cloud.kvisnia.org.
What we collect and why
- Account data: your email address, a salted hash of your password, your workspace name and role. Purpose: to provide your account (contract).
- Store data, read through the plugin you install: product titles, descriptions, categories, prices, image links, public product reviews (including reviewer display names), your public policy pages and brand styling (colours, fonts). Purpose: to write and stage your pages (contract). We do not read customer, order or payment data.
- Generated content and run history: drafts, scores, screenshots of the draft pages, credit movements. Purpose: to deliver the Service and let you review and restore (contract).
- Technical logs: request and error logs with internal ids, and error reports, without passwords or page content. Purpose: security and reliability (legitimate interests).
- Product analytics (page views, button clicks): only if you accept it in the cookie banner (consent).
- Emails we send you: invitations, confirmations, resets and updates about your runs (contract and legitimate interests).
Who processes data for us
- Anthropic and OpenAI (AI models that research and write the pages and check screenshots of the draft): receive the product information and draft screenshots needed for a run. Each run uses one of the two.
- Google (image generation), only when you enable generated images.
- Our hosting provider (a server operated for us) stores the database and files.
- Brevo delivers our emails.
- Stripe will process card payments once credit packs are on sale; we never see card numbers.
Some of these providers are located in or access data from the United States; where required we rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Store data and drafts are deleted 30 days after you disconnect a store. Account data is kept while your account is open. You can delete your workspace yourself from the Account page: your stores are disconnected immediately and everything is permanently deleted after a 7-day cooling-off period in which you can cancel. Sent-email records are deleted after 30 days. We keep anonymous cost statistics per page (AI cost, the options used and the outcome) to set our prices; they contain nothing about you, your store, your products or your customers. Backups and logs are rotated on a fixed schedule.
Your rights
You can download a copy of your workspace data and delete it yourself from the Settings page. You can also ask us for access, correction, restriction or to object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (for example via the cookie banner). Write to admin@cloud.kvisnia.org and we will answer within one month. You may also complain to your data-protection authority (in Greece: the Hellenic Data Protection Authority).
Reviews and third-party data
Public reviews are quoted only verbatim and only as shown on your store. If you connect a store, you confirm you may share that store’s public information with us for this purpose.
Changes
If we change this policy in a material way we will tell you before it applies.
