Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PDP Enhancer (the “Service”), operated by PDP Comp (“we”). By creating a workspace you agree to them. The Service is currently in private beta.

What the Service does

PDP Enhancer reads product information from your WooCommerce store through a plugin you install, researches the product, and writes an improved product page as a hidden draft. Nothing goes live on your store until you approve it, and you can restore the previous version afterwards.

Your responsibilities

• You must own, or be authorised to manage, the store you connect, and you must be at least 18 years old.
• Pages are generated with the help of AI and can contain mistakes. You review every draft and are responsible for what you publish, including claims about products, shipping, returns and safety.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful, misleading or infringing content, or to attack or overload it or other websites.
• Keep your login secret and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.

Your store and content

You keep all rights to your store content. You give us permission to process it only to provide the Service to you (see the Privacy Policy). Content we generate for you is yours to use on your store. We access your store only through the plugin’s signed requests, and you can disconnect at any time from the plugin or from the store page.

Credits and payments

Work is paid for with credits. Credits are reserved when a run starts and any unused part is refunded; a run that fails is refunded in full. Credits are not transferable and have no cash value except where the law or our refund policy says otherwise. Prices and payment terms for credit packs will be shown at purchase.

Beta service

The beta is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability, particular results, or search rankings. We may change, limit or pause features (for example to control cost) and will try to give notice of material changes.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost sales, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the relationship

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the Service. When a store is disconnected its data is deleted after 30 days.
